Mold Specialties is able to create a product from start to finish, prototype or production. We offer mold design service. Molds are built in house with our wide range of equipment which helps reduce customer costs by eliminating subcontracting.

Mold Specialties offers molding machines in range of 24 tons to 55 tons, vertical and horizontal, automatic and semiautomatic, and insert molding. A Newbury 30 ton shuttle table machine is available for larger production semiautomatic and insert molded parts. |

Inspection of new products is also available as well as in
process inspection. Some
of our molding machines offer SPC SQC direct output for tighter
tolerance molded parts. Secondary operations and assembly can also be performed if required for the job. |
